Product Sales Agents are responsible for registering, selling, and upselling all Breckenridge Epic Discovery activities and attractions.  Those hired for this position will possess exemplary guest service skills and the ability to navigate confidently through the entire summer product menu.  This will require extensive working knowledge of Epic Discovery activities and attractions.  Staff members will also support Breckenridge Ski & Snowboard School programs and Season Pass sales by providing guest information, making reservations, and processing transactions.  This position has the opportunity to work in multiple sales locations and the information call center.  Product Sales team members will perform administrative duties while providing exceptional service to guests (internal and external) both over the phone and in person.  Product Sales Agents must communicate effectively with others, share information with others in an appropriate and timely manner, and work well within the department and other departments to achieve mutual objectives.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Detailed explanation of all Summer Epic Discovery Products to guests

Ability to work independently across multiple sales locations

·         Thorough knowledge regarding the sale and return of all Summer Products

·         Complete competence in all Summer Policies and Procedures 

Requirements:

·         High School Diploma - required, College Degree - preferred

·         Must be able to communicate fluently in English

·         At least 2 years experience in Guest Services

·         Knowledge of Breckenridge Resort and town - preferred

·         Prior experience working with Vail Resorts RPOS

·         Ability to multitask and work independently
