Accounts Payable Clerk - Full-time / Part-time

Randstad is currently seeking Top Candidates to assist with building our pool of Accounts Payable Clerks. These positions may be temporary - temp-to-hire - and possible perm placement. Please review the Accounts Payable job description synopsis: ^ Maintain and update account database ^ Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits ^ Manage electronic ledger; ensure payments are posted ^ Identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues ^ Send bill reminders; contacting clients when necessary ^ Produce financial statements and reports as needed Working hours: Day Shift Hours - Must be flexible with schedule Skills: Skill Sets and Qualifications: ^ High School diploma
