A global logistics company in Bolingbrook, IL, is seeking experienced candidates for several contract-to-hire Dispatcher openings. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of dispatch experience. Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers, potential customers, owner-operators and core carriers - Plan and execute customer deliveries - Monitor the location of fleet using system tracking or calling drivers for check calls - Proactively communicate with customers on any potential service failures and create action plans to avoid in the future Hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Pay & Benefits: - $15 hourly (based on experience) - Contract-to-hire opportunity - Eligible for benefits
