As a Zip Tour Guide, your role is to provide Epic guest service as you guide our guests on our incredible Zip Tour adventure course.  The Zip Tour is a thrilling combination of zip lines that take you on an 800 foot long treetop ride and then zips across a deep Canyon from atop Lookout Ridge on a zip line that spans 2,111 feet!  The tours are 1 to 1.5 hours long so you will get to engage with guests and fellow employees from all over the world as you lead your tours. You will get to enjoy everything Park City has to offer during the summer months, sharing the experience with the other members of the Zip Tour team who, like you, have a passion for outdoor adventure.  If you want to have fun and spend the summer outdoors in a beautiful mountain environment, this is the best job in Park City during the summer months!

  • Drive Value: Be a positive advocate for Park City and the high quality experience and service we provide to our guests.
  • Do Good: Help keep our mountain clean and looking good. Help our guests enjoy what the great outdoors has to offer, and they may become life-long advocates for our mountains.
  • Stay Flexible: You’ll have a variety of tasks to do every day, and every day will be a new adventure.  Be willing to perform other tasks as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Be Ready:  Guiding experience or other guest service experience is a big plus.  Familiarity with climbing equipment and harnesses is helpful prior experience to have.
  • Be Confident:  Must be able to confidently ride the Zip Tour lines and be comfortable with work at height.  You will get all the training you need to do so!
  • Be Friendly:  You’ll need to converse clearly and comfortably with a variety of guests. 
  • Be Reliable:  You may need to work unsupervised occasionally and will need to be a strong part of a fun and dedicated team.  You must have reliable transportation (in varying weather conditions) to and from work, and you must be to work on time as scheduled in order to be a good teammate.
  • Be Sturdy:  You will need to lift and push 20lbs regularly, and up to 50lbs occasionally.  You will need to repeatedly lift up to 15 pounds overhead.
  • Be Prepared:  You will be working outdoors in all weather conditions for long periods of time.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
