Senior Industrial Engineering Leader
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Senior Industrial Engineering Leader will manage projects within the Supply Chain Engineering team, both corporate and field based; developing, coordinating, and ensuring on time completion of project schedules, and acting as a key communication link between the corporate and field based engineering teams. The Senior Industrial Engineer will act as a mentor to all engineers on the Supply Chain Engineering Team and will lead the training/development of new Industrial Engineers. As the Supply Chain Engineering Team grows the Senior Industrial Engineer will play a key role in developing engineering talent.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
-3+ years previous experience in Industrial Engineering field.
-Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering field.
-Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and Access.
-Experience in time and motion studies, standards development and implementation, facility layout, and project/capital justification preferred.
-Mentorship experience

-Experience in retail distribution with a emphasis on a performance based culture.
