Position Summary
The General Manager is responsible for overall operations, appearance, profitability, as well as service and quality standards of the restaurant. The GM delegates, directs and follows up on the performance of the Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders, along with restaurant team members and is also responsible for the ongoing development of all Managers.
The General Manager lives the Cornerstones of the Brand every shift, every day, for every Guest.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
- 3+ years of management/ supervisory experience in a restaurant
- 2+ years experience as a General Manager in a restaurant (QSR, Fast Food, Fast Casual)
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Minimum age of 18 years of age
