Scheduler

Summary

Aerotek is currently looking for an experienced Scheduler to come and work within one of the leading Multi-Specialty Practices within Westchester County. We are looking for someone with experience speaking with patients over the phones and experience within a health care setting.

Description

• Handle high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls to schedule patients for appointments and follow ups
• Perform insurance verification
• Update customer demographics within the database as needed

Qualifications

• Health care experience a must
• Minimum of 1 year of handling high volume calls
• Minimum of Associates Degree preferred
• Proficient within Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

Details

Shift: Monday - Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm

*Schedule could change so flexibility is a must*

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
