We are looking for a dedicatedpassionate RN to Manage our Cardiac Cath Lab, Specials and InterventionalRadiology Services.
The Clinical Managerof Cardiac Cath Lab / Specials and Interventional Radiology Services isresponsible for oversight of the department to ensure the highest quality ofpatient care. Assumes the role as aleader in planning, directing and managing the department and staff to assurequality service on a 24 hour basis. Responsible for meeting The Joint Commission and regulatory compliancestandards complying with corporate policy and procedures. Responsible for managing supplies andequipment, responsible for promoting teamwork with physicians and thehealthcare team, for promoting internal and external customer satisfaction,assisting with volume growth and for appropriate resource management throughthe process of performance improvement.
Assists in the overall day to day management of the Cath Lab/Specials toinclude: Performance management, policies and procedures, productivity,supplemental staffing, staff competency, physician relations, strategicplanning, patient safety, business development, budget, resource management,program development and specific projects for adult age acute care patientpopulation.
Demonstrates independentjudgment and critical thinking skills in overseeing the delivery of patient care.
Possesses the ability to act decisively undergeneral administrative supervision.
Demonstrates advanced clinical competence.
