Job Summary:
Leads initiatives to improve refinery performance and create a production-focused refining organization. Collaborates with refinery leadership to develop and implement work processes and effect change.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school Diploma or GED required
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years' experience in refinery operations management
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong ability to evaluate, analyze and quantify impact of the issues involved.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the business.
