About this job
The purpose of the job is to locate and stage material, and to produce quality precision material, grounded to the customer's specifications.
10pm-6:30am
Training is 2-4 weeks and is on 6-2:30 Orientataion is 8-4:30
pay rate: $13-$15
What you will be doing:
70% : Read and verify the daily grinding schedule; review and double check the cut sheets/work order/sales order for customer instructions on tolerance. Reads shop drawings, adjust machines for dimensional requirements. Operate the grinding and/or milling machine; following all Safety and Quality standard procedures
20%:Operates overhead magnet cranes to move material ensuring all safety standards and procedures are followed. Standard use of forklift ensure the same saftey standards. Operates CNC machines.
10%: Process all necessary paper work as required. Housekeeping and maintenance of assigned work area on a daily basis. Equipment management and quality control. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
