Description
Midtown hedge fund looking for an Executive Assistant in there New York office. Must have experience as an Executive Assistant in finance. Great perks, benefits, bonus, 401k and free breakfast and lunch.


Responsible for the coordination of all Investor meetings by establishing agendas, scheduling internal employees, providing transportation, coordinating property tours and executing meetings.


Devised and coordinated all aspects of investor activities including arranging capital raising roadshows, managing marketing materials, printing/shipment of materials, planning annual investor meetings and investor follow up.


Coordinated and implemented high-level conference calls, board meetings, events and travel arrangements.


Assisted the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Managing Directors and Project Managers with all capital raising efforts; including managing the investment databases, capital raising prospect lists, and market research.


Oversaw Investor databases, ensuring all new and amended information is inputted on an ongoing basis, including timely entry and tracking of all IR profiles, meetings and phone inquiries.


Developed and maintained marketing materials used for various real estate products and regions, while tailoring marketing materials to specific needs of each Relationship Manager.


Communicated directly with investors regarding relevant fund and co-investment products.



Developed administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and coaching.

Requirements

Must have 5-15 plus years of experience as an Administrative Coordinator or Executive Assistant out of entertainment, finance, accounting or legal. Must be a college graduate.
