Kneaders Bakery & Café is a fast-casual restaurant that serves a variety of pastries, soups, sandwiches, and scratch-made bread. We are looking for someone who is hard-working that will create and serve up each of our freshly made menu items with a smile. Are you ready to join our Kneaders family?
The Shift Lead:
Must be able to assist the Asssistant and General Managers in various delegated duties, employee production, handle customers in a courteous and professional manner. Must be able to perform physical tasks (must be able to lift 50lbs above waist). We are looking for a mature person with an upbeat, encouraging attitude, willing to work hard and motivate other employees.(Not open on Sundays).
Duties:
To include the following, but not limited to:
Taking orders for catering
Help customers in the store by seeing their meal is made quickly and accurately.
Train new night time employees.
Must be able to relieve congested work areas.
See that the store is maintained in a clean and safe manner.
Lead and encourage employees
See that crew prep assignments are completed
See that the flow of customers is constant at the drive thru window.
Make sure that all security protocalls are followed.
Secure the store for closing
Attend manager's meeting when required.
See that daily, weekly and monthly crew cleaning assignments are complete.
