Department Head - Sporting Goods - Full-time / Part-time

Individual will oversee the day to day operations of the sporting goods department, including overseeing compliance and sales of new firearms, responsible for daily and monthly firearms counts and balancing, as well as supervision of the department associates.  One plus years of experience in selling firearms in a retail establishment, ATF compliance knowledge and experience, general firearms knowledge, strong communication and leadership skills required.  Must be at least 21 years of age, subject to applicable background check, and committed to efficient and excellent customer service.  Flexible schedule to include nights and weekends.
