The Catering Coordinator will work within operations of a single restaurant, preparing food selections, executing catering orders and providing great experiences to all catering clients on a daily basis.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Available from 8am-6:30pm to handle incoming phone calls, emails, questions, orders and adjustments.
- Follow up with customers before and after the catering.
- Be the liaison between the customer and store front.
- Assist in training of new drivers.
- May be required to deliver catering during high volume days.
- Maintain a high level of customer service when dealing with customers.
- Give quotes and follow up in a timely matter.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience in fast paced catering environment
- At least 1 year in managerial role with progressive responsibilities
- 1 year sales experience required
- Multi unit experience is a plus
- Must answer the phone with a smile
- Self motivated
