About this job
We are working with a great organization in the Warrendale area and they are looking for a temporary Administrative Assistant with intermediate ot advanced Excel skills, database experience and ideally some understanding of publishing to fill an immediate need. This role will last about 6 months and could be extended depending on the business needs.
- Pulling information for various research topics and putting them into Excel spreadsheets
- Putting pivot tables together and using v-lookups
- Handling workflow analysis for various projects
- Quality checking various items to make sure they meet standards and follow procedures
- Creating databases and categorizing information in those databases
- Referencing large publication databases and checking information in these databases
- Other duties as assigned
We do offer hourly/weekly pay, direct deposit and an option to enroll into health benefits.
