$20.19 /hr. Institutional facilities in Homewood, AL. Mon-Fri; on-call rotation week-ends.

REQUIREMENTS – here’s what you need in your tool belt:
- Current HVAC certification
- 4-5 years’ experience in HVAC work (commercial, industrial – not just residential)
- HS diploma; 2-year degree or vocational school certificate a plus
- Strong inter-personal communication skills; strong leadership skills (will be supervising some HVAC techs)
- Valid driver’s license; good driving record
- Physically able to install, repair, trouble-shoot HVAC units; walk distances between buildings; occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
- Able to read & interpret blueprints, technical drawings and equipment manuals
- Drug-free; background checks required
