Home Instead Senior Care is seeking a Client Care Support Coordinator (20-25 hours a week)
Objective:
The Client Care Support Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of administrative client care duties that support the Client Care Coordinator and Training Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the tRaining Coordinator and assist with all paperwork and client files to ensure a proper quality assurance process
- Work closely with Client Care Coordinator and assist with all paperwork for new clients
- Maintain ongoing communication with the Training Coordinator and Client Care Coordinator
- Maintain ongoing communication and consistent follow up with potential clients and families who have yet to commit to service
- Track and recognize both CAREGiver and client milestones (birthdays, anniversaries, accomplishments)
- Conduct client/CAREGiver introductions
- Demonstrate open and effective communication with the franchise owners, colleagues, CAREGivers, clients and family members
- Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
- High School Diploma minimum
- Office Experience
- Senior Care Experience
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Strong phone skills
- US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines
- Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills
- Must demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair mindedness consistent with office standards, practices, policies and procedures
- Must demonstrate knowledge of the senior acre industry
- Must have the ability to organize and prioritize daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly work
- Must have the ability to establish good working relationships with the franchise owner, office colleagues and the community
- Must have the ability to present a professional appearance and demeanor
- Must have the ability to operate office equipment
- Must be patient and congenial on the telephone
- Must have computer skills and be proficient in Excel and Word
- Must have the ability to work weekends and evenings as required
- Must have te ability to perform duties in a professional office setting
- Must have the ability to work as part of a team
