Commissary- Loadout Clerk - Full-time / Part-time

Overview of Position:

Loadout Clerk- is responsible for ensuring doughnuts are fresh and meet Krispy Kreme standards. A commitment to teamwork, a clean, professional appearance, enthusiasm, and a high energy level are necessary throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Stage product on appropriate pans and racks (including packing)
• Prepare racks for transport to business partners
• Clean work area and equipment “as you go” and according to cleaning schedule and standards
• Keep Management aware of any product concerns (Quality Control)
• Assemble and organize orders by route for loadout
• Verify, date, and sign loadout sheets
• Communicate with Route Salespersons and Sales Management
• Maintain cleanliness of loadout area
• Assist with production and processing/packing as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Essential skills and Experience:

• Basic mathematical skills and literacy
• Time management focus
• Pass a pre-employment criminal background check

Nonessential skills and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred

Physical Requirements

• Move up to 60 pounds occasionally; up to 30 pounds frequently, and 25 pounds constantly, physically active
• Use cleaning materials and equipment (ex: mop, broom and cleaning cloth)
• Reach counter and/or drive-thru
• Must be able to grasp product without crushing
• Reach windows and other areas to be cleaned

Visual/Audible Acuity Requirements

• Must be able to read product boxes, orders and sticker and use measuring devices
• Must be able to read and /or recognize colors on cleaning agent labels

Working Conditions:

• The worker is subject to inside environmental conditions.
• Un-air conditioned production areas may reach temperatures of 100 degrees for more than one hour
• Worker is subject to noise in the production/processing area to the extent that they may have to shout to be heard
