Physical Activity
Loadout Clerk- is responsible for ensuring doughnuts are fresh and meet Krispy Kreme standards. A commitment to teamwork, a clean, professional appearance, enthusiasm, and a high energy level are necessary throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Stage product on appropriate pans and racks (including packing)
- Prepare racks for transport to business partners
- Clean work area and equipment “as you go” and according to cleaning schedule and standards
- Keep Management aware of any product concerns (Quality Control)
- Assemble and organize orders by route for loadout
- Verify, date, and sign loadout sheets
- Communicate with Route Salespersons and Sales Management
- Maintain cleanliness of loadout area
- Assist with production and processing/packing as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
- Cross train in other essential store functions
Essential skills and Experience:
- Basic mathematical skills and literacy
- Time management focus
- Pass a pre-employment criminal background check
- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred

- Reach counter and/or drive-thru
- Must be able to grasp product without crushing
- Reach windows and other areas to be cleaned
- Must be able to read product boxes, orders and sticker and use measuring devices
- Must be able to read and /or recognize colors on cleaning agent labels
- The worker is subject to inside environmental conditions.
- Un-air conditioned production areas may reach temperatures of 100 degrees for more than one hour
- Worker is subject to noise in the production/processing area to the extent that they may have to shout to be heard
