General Description
Choose Greatness!! We are looking for an individual with a fantastic personality who shows lots of attitude whose high energy and sense of urgency is contagious. This role will be responsible for managing the day to day operations and all customer service related to Which-Wich food production, training, customer service and product inventory. The store manager will provide outstanding customer service while complying with all company standards, ensure all assistance is provided quickly and proficiently to maintain company culture. The store manager will drive the team to be guest focused by focusing on the following behaviors: Be Fun. Be Clean. Be Right. Be Fast.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Maintain great working attitude toward customers, responsibilities, and peers
- Educate guests on Which Wich products and flavors
- Fill orders with accuracy
- Role model and train exceptional customer service
- Educate and train new employees on all brand standards and procedures
- Comply with established company policies and brand standards
Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation standards
o Ensure all food is stored, held, prepared and served in a controlled, food safe manner
o Ensure all staff maintains proper hygiene and sanitation standards
o Order uniforms for new employees
o Order replacement uniforms
o Ensure all County/City and State Health regulations are met and followed
Inventory Control
- Maintain proper inventory
- Problem solve inventory problems and manage orders
- Ensuring proper cleanliness of inventory storage
- Conduct inventory of store supplies. Place and receive order before needed
Maintain store cleanliness
- Ensure dining room; BOH; Kitchen and FOH is clean and safe
- Ensure all guests POV areas are clean and safe
- Keep bathroom area clean
- Educate and train employees on store cleanliness standards and ensure they are met on an ongoing basis
BOH and (POS) Responsibilities
- Understand daily Point of Sale responsibilities
- Understand Back office system and pull necessary reports
- Manage scheduling and payroll to meet store goals
- Process payroll
- Working understanding of currencies accepted
- Ensure team is fun and friendly attitude during transactions
- Understand and explain all current promotions to guests
- Educate and train employees on in-store promotions and other marketing initiatives
Drive Store Sales Through
- Sampling
- Promotions
- Local store marketing
- Community and development involvement
Team Development
- Maintain proper staffing levels
Conduct interviews and Hire
Train and develop team to grow the concept
Conduct performance evaluations
Separate staff if needed
- Implement reward/recognition for staff to encourage increased store sales
- Create and maintain a stable work environment and consistency in service offerings.
- Generate store sales goals
- Communicate store sales goals to staff
- Drive store sales goals
- Follow up with staff to ensure goals are being achieved
- Coach and motivate staff through goals
- Communicate with owners regarding issues/gaps in procedures/ and customer service initiatives
- Identify, coordinate and implement necessary tools for providing outstanding customer service through internal and external channels to effectively conduct business
- Maintain a friendly and fun environment
