General Summary: Assists and performs the following functions alongside store management: customer service, merchandising, and all inventory related actions to drive sales and in store conversion. Comply with all policies and procedures.

Reports to: General (Store) Manager

Merchandising/Inventory Operations:

Maintains a neat, clean, and safe environment - with fixture organization and stock supplies

Maintain and stock sales floor, including cash wrap fixtures, and clearance.

Increase sales and success by maintaining sales floor and stockroom, enable the flow of merchandise to ensure an appealing experience to consumers

Communication of daily goals and priorities consistently to associates and management

Review and understand business reports to clearly communicate to successes and opportunity to store leadership.

Supervises all inventory management related activities, including; #PREPPED (Process and Receiving Freight), Back stock, Unit Letters, Damages, Mismates, Fill back and stockroom organization

Responsible for Charge/Send, BOPIS orders, and fulfillment SLA's

Performs audits and transfer of damaged merchandise

Maintains shipment supplies and fixates and communicates any needs to the supervisor

Moving merchandise from shipping containers to display cases, ability to move merchandise to the storage area/sales floor - Must have the ability to handle heavy items

Maintains and fills out necessary information for merchandise handling paper work

Flexes the stock room during seasons to ensure capacity is maximized

Responsible for measuring and for increasing inventory management productivity weekly

Assists in the planning and execution of the day-to-day tasks associated along with stock room

Assists in processing shipping containers. Must verify receipt of goods for sales floor

May perform all other Sales Associate duties that have to be taken care of.

Responsible for all floor moves/floor sets that involve moving merchandise.

Safely operate and handling of equipment, and keep in good condition (i.e., U-boats, RF scanners, pallet jacks etc.)

Reviews daily communication materials and follows through with any required actions.

Work closely with the store leadership team to understand and follow policy and procedure

Support team by training, coaching, directing associates and communicates development feedback of others to the management team in an efficient manner

Partners with the MOD/Supervisor to accommodate all breaks that will be taken

A background with retail experience is preferred with this position

Minimum Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of retail experience
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous stockroom manager or stock associate in a fast paced retail environment.
Education:

High school diploma required
