1st Shift Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description:

• This position is responsible for working in company's e-coat and powder coating facility that coats over 300,000 parts per day for the automotive industry.
• This position will be responsible for supervising the maintenance staff over a 3 shift production operation.
• This position will require familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical control systems.
• This position will require a knowledge of factory and facility maintenance to include machinery, plumbing and electrical distribution.
• This position will be required to manage preventative maintenance programs and inventory on a in-house (similar to Microsoft Office) computer based system
• This position will oversee both mechanical and electrical technicians along with welders for finishing and priming purposes.
• This position will work electrically with power distribution, electrical wiring, Allen Bradley PLC systems (troubleshooting and modifications) for electrical equipment from 24v-480v and 3 phase motors.
• Mechanical aspects will include: hydraulics/pneumatics, pumps, motors and machinery.

Work Environment:

• Maintenance Staff:
  2 Maintenance Technicians per shift
  1 Electrician on 1st shift
  4 welders
• Hours: 7am-3:30pm
• OT: 5-10 hours per week
• Weekends: rare
