About this job
The Die Maintenance Manager is responsible for the salary supervisors and skilled trades groups' activities, including planning, scheduling, safety, etc. This position leads teams with safety initiatives, Kaizen events and other World Class Manufacturing (WCM) processes, and works closely with production and maintenance teams to resolve issues related to throughput and quality. The Die Maintenance Manager will utilize, lead and teach the usage and maintenance of World Class Manufacturing, and will problem solve to identify and rectify production-stamping dies quickly and efficiently.
