About this job

Assistant Account Coordinators work with Retail and National Account Customers to provide Outstanding Customer Care. You will be trained to review and maintain customer accounts, service records and schedules and determine service level requirements and account coordination/administration.
Your Tasks
The selected candidate will:

Be responsible for contacting customers for maintenance scheduling.
Respond to customer inquiries for Commercial HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) repair and maintenance (including complaints and at times, in a demanding and pressure filled environment).
Develop strong working relationships with internal and external customers and contacts.
Be responsible for maintaining customer database and documentation -- accuracy and attention to detail is key!
Work with various departments regarding contracts, technician availability and weekly focus.
Review equipment and maintenance history to determine type of service needed
Manage a diverse workload of tasks and deadlines, prioritizing urgent needs of customers and ensuring timely communication.

Your Profile
The successful candidate's background will include:

High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
Expert verbal and written English proficiency
Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Outlook or Lotus Notes and Excel
1 year experience with service dispatch and scheduling preferred
3 years Customer Service experience required, commercial or equipment maintenance field preferred
Commitment to 7am-5pm Hours Monday-Friday (OT is required)

Our opportunity
Hourly Compensation during temp-to-hire is $15.00 - $17.00/hour depending on experience, skills and compensation history.
