Technical Operator - Full-time / Part-time

Operate and maintain directly the machine assigned (In-Line Thermoforming, Extruder machines, Off Line Thermoforming, Printing, Sleeve Machine) to ensure machinery is running at an optimal efficiency. Work along operators to comply with production needs in terms of quality, efficiency, and operational cost.

Specific:
1.Directly responsible for the production and maintenance process in the machines assigned.
2. Follow guidance and procedures about production process, machine set up, change overs and machine repairs. (Very Hands on Job)
3.Request and assure the use of correct materials in the machine according to the bill of materials in the work order
4. Pack product and make boxes ensuring safe, legal, and qualify products through assessment.
5.Fufill all the procedures generated by the company included but not limited to: Set/Up, change overs, GMP's, safety, quality, packaging, specs.
6. Ensure every mechanism in the machines work properly to achieve production goals.
7. Analyze productivity and make any changes needed
8. Directly responsible for making fine adjustments under EMT (Expert Manufacturing Technician) to assure the compliance of the operational standard parameters
9. Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures including lock out tag out, and notify any unsafe conditions to shift supervisor, engineer, manufacturing manager, or safety coordinator.
10. Perform all maintenance activities including cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and corrective routines to ensure the machines are in the best possible condition.
11. Preventative Maintenance
12. Perform quality checks utilizing various measurement tools such as scales, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
