Leader and mentor for all store tasks associated with the Hybrid Delivery Process and ensures the successful execution of all home deliveries sourced from the store.

The SDO associate is accountable for all tasks associated with the Hybrid Delivery Process and is responsible for the successful execution of all home deliveries sourced from the store.

Job Requirements

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Training of all support associates to ensure understanding of the process of Hybrid Delivery.

Using EHDS to print the Truck Manifest, Dock Change, Returns Checksheet, and the Dock Merchandise Summary Report.

Stages the home delivery merchandise and inspects for damage

Completes and fax the Remote Delivery Discrepancy Form for any missing or damage merchandise

Performs the Returns Check in Process:
*Accounts for all merchandise being returned
*Adjust the stores physical on hand count for items being returned
*Returned items are moved to the Returns Processing Room where they follow the item Disposition Process
*Haul away items are moved to the haul away trailer for future pickup

Completes and fax the Remote Delivery Incomplete Deliveries Form for any incomplete deliveries returned by the carrier

Uses basic internet navigation to access and print information/reports

Follows all backroom and safety procedures and is able to lift 50 lbs and operate heavy duty equipment.

Supports the Store Support Team and participates in those task during down time

Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Basic reading, asthmatic, writing and oral communication

Working while standing long periods of time

"Reaching, stretching, grabbing, pushing, lifting, holding, twisting, bending, turning, walking, shifting, and engaging in other physical movements required by the job "

Lifting and holding up to 50 pounds, bulky and large-sized merchandise

Performing basic Internet navigation

No minor may be placed in this position
