Home Instead Senior Care is looking for a talented individual with experience selling into the healthcare market. 

This position serves in a consultant role, acting as advocate and marketer of our services to hospitals and other clinical settings, patients and their families. The purpose of this position is to ensure referral goals are met.

This role must exhibit:

  • strong sales initiative
  • excellent organizational and time management skills
  • ability to think on your feet and outside of the box
  • display a positive &lsquocan do' attitude
  • work well under pressure
  • exhibit strong judgment skills

Applicants must have a Strong Sales Background in the Senior Industry such as Hospital, IL/AL/MC, SNF, Rehab.

Primary responsibilities for this role are as follows:

  • Act as liaison for hospitals and other healthcare referral sources fostering relationships to ensure consistent increase in referrals
  • The work is 90% field work traveling locally within a territory
  • The remainder of the time will be spent in the office

Compensation will include base salary, bonus and medical benefits
