Ohio County part time position for CAREGiver - Part-time

Some people have no choice but to place a loved one in a nursing home or other facility.There's no help or time to devote to allow them to spend the rest of their days in their own home....unless they call us at Home Instead Senior Care. We currently have a part time position open in the Hartford/Beaver Dam area.  Additional hours may be available if willing to travel to Owensboro.


Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Alzheimer's Care
• Bathing/grooming assistance
• Incontinence care
• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance (required if driving clients)
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and committed work ethic

No previous experience necessary - skills training provided by Home Instead Senior Care
