Job Description:
A family-owned electrical contractor in Indianapolis, IN has an immediate need for electricians on a Cold Storage warehouse expansion project in Lebanon, IN.
This individual will work on a variety of industrial projects ranging from Warehouse, Cold Storage, Manufacturing, Food Industry, Manufacturing, Bakeries, etc. They will be installing all the electrical systems in the warehouse.
Job Duties:
- Installing
- Troubleshooting
- Repairing and maintaining of electrical systems (power, data, controls, and instrumentation) in industrial settings
- Bending, threading, and installing 3/4-4 inch conduit
Qualifications:
Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience as an industrial electrician (working on industrial projects)
- Must be able to bend, thread and install 3/4 - 4 inch rigid conduit.
- Must be able to pull, prep, install, and terminate CAT 5 cable and 750 MCM
- Experience in heavy industrial (manufacturing, food/beverage, cold storage, bakeries)
- Experience working with three phase and single phase motors
- Read Schematics, access wire control panel, and switch gears
Nice To Have:
- OSHA 10 or 30
- NCCER Credentials
- Lift Certification
Additional Information:
- M-F 7am-4pm Occasional OT 5-10 hours
- Pay Rate: $25-28/hour
