Position Summary
Operates the Point Of Sale (POS) System in an efficient and precise manner while being friendly and helpful to customers. Sincerely welcomes and thanks customers after each transaction. All of our team menbers are required to communicate with customers and other staff to quickly and accurately take care of our customers. We take pride in providing a safe, friendly, fast, clean experience to all of our customers. To ensure this, each shift requires team members to preform thier assigned daily duties. All CSRs will be assigned activities that must be signed off as they are completed. All CSRs must learn how to do all the activities in the store (cook, clean inside and outside, stock the cooler, face the store, make coffee, clean the fountain area, clean the restrooms and ring up transactions on the register. Every team member is expected tobe willing and able to preform all job duties within this location.
Requirements:
. Able to operate point-of-sale system
. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
. Excellent customer service skills
. Knowledge of sanitation standards
. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
. Basic math skills and ability to count money
