Open Positions include:
Server - The job of the server is to provide incredible service by working to promote and sell items by sharing extensive knowledge about our menu and beverage offerings; servers practice suggestive selling techniques to assist guests in choosing the perfect items for their meal. In addition, servers assist in supporting restaurant operations as by demonstrating true hospitality through exceptional people skills, food & beverage knowledge and service techniques.  This is a tipped position.


Cocktail Server - The job of the Cocktail Server is to provide incredible service by supporting the Front of the House team and serving guests in the bar area. The Cocktail Server is responsible for taking and delivering orders, and completing any other tasks necessary to ensure guests have a one of a kind experience. In addition, servers assist in supporting restaurant operations by demonstrating true hospitality through exceptional people skills, food & beverage knowledge and service techniques.  This is a tipped position.


Lead Server - The job of the Lead Server is to provide incredible service by working to promote and sell items by sharing extensive knowledge about our menu and beverage offerings while helping to grow restaurant talent by training additional servers; Lead Servers practice suggestive selling techniques to assist guests in choosing the perfect items for their meal. In addition, Lead Servers assist the management team by demonstrating true hospitality through exceptional people skills, food & beverage knowledge and service techniques.  This is a tipped position.


Bartender - The job of the bartender is to provide incredible service by working to promote and sell items by sharing extensive knowledge about our menu and beverage offerings; bartenders practice suggestive selling techniques to assist guests in choosing the perfect items for their meal. In addition, bartenders assist in supporting restaurant operations by demonstrating true hospitality through exceptional people skills, food & beverage knowledge and service techniques.  This is a tipped position.


Lead Bartender - The job of the Lead Bartender is to provide incredible service by working to promote and sell items by sharing extensive knowledge about our menu and beverage offerings; bartenders practice suggestive selling techniques to assist guests in choosing the perfect items for their meal. In addition, bartenders assist in supporting restaurant operations by demonstrating true hospitality through exceptional people skills, food & beverage knowledge and service techniques. You will also be expected to support the Restaurant operation by demonstrating exceptional people & service skills and training and setting an example to employees on the standards, menu items and practices in our Restaurants.  This is a tipped position.


Host / Hostess - The job of the Host(ess) is to greet guests warmly, escort them to their table and ensure their experience is off to an incredible start. This position is also responsible for ensuring reservations are scheduled, table assignments are effectively planned and guests’ waiting time is as positive as the rest of their time to ensure a total dining experience they can’t get anywhere else.


Server Assistant - Ensuring the high quality culinary offerings are delivered to guests in the most efficient and effective way possible is thanks to both culinary and service teams working together. In the role of a Server Assistant, you will be an integral part of this process, communicating with both kitchen staff and servers to ensure orders are brought to customers and the integrity of the food is maintained; assisting servers and expeditors in ensuring all elements of an exceptional dining experience come together by performing tasks to support the team.  This is a tipped position.


Dish Steward - The job of the Steward is to ensure the kitchen staff, servers, and bartenders have clean dishes and supplies needed to prepare and serve our unique menu and beverage offerings.  This position provides an opportunity to work as a team player where your work will contribute to the bigger picture while gaining an introduction to food preparation skill.


Prep Cook - The job of the Prep Cook is to prepare the ingredients needed to create high quality meals.  In this position, the Prep Cook uses passion for preparing food to develop the skills and talents needed to succeed in a restaurant setting while executing and organizing work for efficient production.


Line Cook - The job of a Line Cook is to create menu items and ensure guests are presented with a meal they can’t receive elsewhere. In this position, the Line Cook uses a passion for preparing food to develop the skills and talents needed to succeed in a restaurant setting, while following recipes and maintain set standards.

Work Environment:

  • Work involves continuous interactions with customers and co-workers in a fast-paced environment
  • Will be required to spend the majority of time on his or her feet and stand or walk without a break for up to 4 hours
  • May be exposed to various allergens
  • Specific motions, weight lifting requirements and temperature conditions will vary by position
  • Positions require proper and safe handling of knives and other cooking or baking utensils and equipment
  • In order to maintain a high standard of food safety, it is policy that when working in Prepared Foods areas a hair restraint must be worn at all times. Also, facial ornaments & jewelry must be removed.

  • Shifts vary based on department and typically include a variety of early mornings, afternoons and evenings for all employees. Specific days/hours of work vary by position/department and will generally include weekends.
