Freebirds World Burrito is hiring a Regional Manager!
We’re seeking an energetic, motivated, multi-unit manager to foster our unique, fun-loving environment with a proven track record of getting results by utilizing the strengths of their GMs. Successful candidates will have a history of growing same store sales and driving local and company initiatives such as local restaurant marketing efforts, sales contests, catering, and third party delivery!

Regional Manager responsibilities include:
• Creates a team of GMs who are A players.
• Coaches and guides GMs to effectively manage cost of goods and labor.
• Drives sales initiatives and tactics such as marketing and catering initiatives, sales contests, and LRM activities.
• Ensures consistency in each restaurant in the areas of guest satisfaction and experience, frequency (Loyalty), check averages, and profitability.
• Coaches and guides GMs on recruiting, hiring and training A players and to appropriately anticipate hiring needs to ensure locations are fully staffed at all times.

Requirements
Job Requirements
* 5-10 years in Food industry knowledge, preferably from a fast casual environment
* Scratch kitchen knowledge
* Multi-unit experience
* Previous GM experience
* Ability to train and develop team members
* Ability to drive sales initiatives and communicate with team members
* Energetic, team players, and motivated individuals required!
