About this job
* Interviews, trains, and retrains Beverage staff and evaluates their performance during specific intervals.
* Handles the administration of all beverage facilities.
* Completes payroll for the beverage employees, maintains data and handles payroll forecasting.
* Ensures the enforcement of Caesars Atlantic City policy.
* Maintains all records, reports and critiques concerning beverage services.
* Takes disciplinary and corrective action on Cocktail Servers when necessary.
* Meets with the staff on a weekly basis to reiterate policy and evaluate operations.
* Works with upper management to maximize guest satisfaction and service.
* High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate preferred but not required.
* Knowledge of all beverage service policies and procedures.
* Good communication skills, and the ability to direct and manage people.
* Must be able to obtain a NJ Casino Service Employee License.
