A successful Marketing Specialist, DishLATINO Brand will have the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (marketing or related business discipline strongly preferred)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) and have an understanding there are different types of Hispanic consumers in the U.S.
  • Strong detail orientation, organizational skills, and project management experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills: ability to present recommendations and adjust presentations accordingly based on feedback
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation, support network-building capabilities, promote enthusiasm, and foster strategic thinking
  • Positive attitude and motivation to learn and grow!

The Marketing Specialist, DishLATINO Brand team will be responsible for Retailer creative approvals, event management, budget management, and team support.  You will work closely with both the DishLATINO and cross functional marketing teams.  You will report to the Senior Brand Manager, DishLATINO Brand team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Indirect (Retailer-focused) team and internal design agency, OneTen, for all Indirect creative needs
  • Review and provide creative approvals for Sales Partner creative
  • Events-lead for various high exposure external and internal events.  Past examples include:
    • Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony
    • CubaMax new channel launch
    • “Latin Lover” movie premier
    • Hispanicize digital conference
    • Call center activations
    • Team Summit
    • ATMs (All Team Meetings)
    • Internal brand campaign launches
  • Manage brand production budget, including opening purchase orders, performing monthly accruals, and tracking and reporting overall brand production spend
  • Provide support for Marketing Leads (Brand and Retention)
  • Act as DishLATINO Brand team point of contact for all contractual marketing funds (CMF)-related activities
