Laurel Parc at Bethany Village seeks an Assistant Executive Director with strong bookkeeping experience to serve the residents of our beautiful senior living community.

Summary:

This candidate performs bookkeeping functions (i.e. annual budgets, monthly financials). Assists the Executive Director with ensuring adherence to all operational systems, functions and regulatory compliance, supervising a team of staff, understands and promotes the development of the staff, resident satisfaction, and the community reputation of our senior living community. 

Qualifications:  

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 - 5 years of healthcare supervisory experience 
  • 2 - 5 year of bookkeeping experience required
  • Excellent Communication
  • Personable, friendly demeanor and the passion to provide the best service to the senior community. 
  • The ability to communicate a full spectrum of independent, assisted, and memory care options. 
  • Passion to meet and exceed residents' expectations. 
  • Innate ability to resolve problems in creative and proactive ways 
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and navigate multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and other applicable software
  • Experience with YARDI is a plus
