Medical Collections Associate - Full-time / Part-time

I am working with an amazing client right over in the Bristol area looking to add several Medical Collections Representatives to their team!

Collections Responsibilities:
The Collections Rep is responsible for the financial recovery and timely follow up of Managed Care and Commercial accounts. Communicates clearly and efficiently by phone and email with patients, insurance companies and other payers to facilitate payment in a timely fashion. Monitors overdue accounts, receives payments and posts amounts paid to customer accounts. Responsible for following State collection guidelines.

MUST HAVES:
1.) 3-5 years of experience within medical collections in a health insurance company, third party administrator or hospital setting.
2.) Experience directly supporting hospital collections

Location:
Bristol, PA

Compensation:
$20-25/hr based on experience
