About this job
The Customer Service Professional is responsible for building customer loyalty and confidence by receiving and responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, fax, etc.
This person works directly with the customer or sales team as a main source for product information, services, and problem resolution.
Communicates with the customer to understand needs and concerns.
Develops solutions for customers. Also works with the field sales team to develop solutions to problems.
Performs merchandising and order placement. Will complete order entry and follow up on those orders with the customer and internal teams.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
