IT Support Technician - Helpdesk Specialist
This position is the company’s primary point of contact for the installation, maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of systems including, but not limited to: computers, printers, access points, workstations, telephones, software, electronic cash register, back office system, video surveillance systems and interfaces to centralized systems and electronic interfaces to vendors programs.
*Education: Associate's Degree in Information Technology or related field; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
*CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent preferred
*CompTIA Network+ Certification or equivalent preferred
*Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) or equivalent preferred
*CompTIA A+ Server+ Certification or equivalent perferred
*Citrix Certified Administrator or equivalent preferred
*2-5+ years of experience in Information Technology required
*Strong problem solving skills; critical thought processing required
*Manage diversified duties of a technical nature, the use of a wide range of procedures and technologies
*Use judgment in the analysis of facts and circumstances surrounding individual problems and transactions and in determination of actions to be taken within the limits of standard or accepted practice
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment
