Job Description:
The Client Engagement Coordinator, will assist with the coordination of care for clients and potential clients, through clear, concise and thoughtful engagement with consistent, rapid response. As a successful Client Engagement Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for all clients, families, Health Care providers and Community Partners via phone and through email. Candidate must be team oriented, dependable and have a love to serve people.

Requirement:
-At least 3 years of extraordinary customer service experience
-Compassion to take care of seniors, families, and community members
-Excellent phone skills, communication, and writing skills
-Impeccable data entry with accurate editing and grammar checks.
-Proactively engage in conversation/answering questions and creating solutions via emails, phone, and social media. Taking initiative and being resourceful.
-Ability to learn quickly and execute new learning into job expectations
-Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel, Google docs
-Responsive, communicative team member ensuring smooth processes and solutions
-Ability to take on new and changing duties to support a rapidly growing company
