Immediate Shipping Supervisor Opening in Manufacturing Operation

Seguin, Texas

Our client is a highly succesful manufacturing operation in Seguin, TX. and they are seeking a Shipping Supervisor to join their team. They currently have a day shift opening (7AM to 3PM) and the starting pay rate is negotiable depending on experience. Must be flexible for overtime. This is a temp to hire opportunity.

Shipping Supervisor Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent. Associate degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant Shipping Lead/Supervisory experience.
  • Must be able to operate a forklift.
  • Must be able to pass MS Excel and Outlook assessments.
  • Proficient (or ability to become proficient) use of Word/Excel.
  • Must be highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • International shipping experience is a plus!
  • Manufacturing/Fabrication experience is a big plus!
  • Must have good problem-solving skills
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must be team oriented.
