Client Job Description:
- Enter, maintain, coordinate, and track all projects and project related orders in the business enterprise system (SAP)
- Support pre-sale operations with the BDM, direct sales staff, and sales representative personnel
- Identify and navigate potential and actual issues relating to projects towards resolution
- Coordinate logistics between internal and external parties for project delivery
- Maintain project documentation pertinent to each project and project database
- Observe company "signing authority" and "goodwill" policies, alerting BDM of items not in compliance / without proper authorization for further action
- General reporting, research, and analysis duties as required by sales as assigned by BDM
- Coordinate with and brief Technical Manager for projects requiring startup
- Extraordinary and additional duties as may be required by the course of business
