Your ideas will support Target in complementing the beloved in-store shopping interaction with a convenient, reliable and instantly gratifying digital experience.
  • Drive exceptional guest experience through the creation and management of complete, accurate, and relevant Item Data & Content.
  • Lead, coach, and develop an operations team with multiple direct reports
  • Develop team through on-the-job experiences, relevant feedback, visibility and recognition.
  • Align work, set priorities, and establish and track desired metrics to ensure business and team goals are met.
  • Lead multiple cross-functional teams that consist of merchants, taxonomy, product content, site merchandising and vendor to ensure appropriate utilization of Item Data.
  • Establish and achieve operational objectives that are in line with Targets strategic priorities.
  • Create, analyze, and manage key performance indicators to monitor end to end capabilities and partner satisfaction.
  • Identify tool & process gaps, propose solutions, and partner with product teams and leadership to deliver improved operational efficiencies and effectiveness..

About you:
  • B.A/B.S degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of retail and ecommerce experience
  • Team leadership experience
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, simultaneously managing working team and partner relationships
  • Demonstrate innovative and creative problem solving skills with strong leadership skills
  • Experienced in collaborating across departments/pyramids/vendor teams and driving results through collaboration
  • Drives for results and manage execution: coordinate, prioritize, establish goals, ensure timelines are being met and use resources
  • High level of initiative and organization, with the ability to be resilient and adaptable and manageambiguity, risk, uncertainty and changing directions
