As a stocking team lead, you are responsible for all daily activities of the stocking team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for assigning, prioritizing and executing daily stocking activities.
  • Monitor store door-to-floor process for efficiency. Collaborate with logistics manager to implement process improvements.
  • Oversee inventory levels and ensure proper amounts are on the floor or maintained in the backroom.
  • Ensure the building is secured at all times and cleanliness standards are in place in all stocking areas.
  • Assist with merchandising and seasonal resets as necessary.
  • Coach and mentor stocking team members.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED. 2+ years of retail logistics or warehouse/logistics
    supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to be certified to operate a forklift.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and build teammate relationships in an environment of fast
    change;
  • Must be able to direct and motivate a diverse teammate population that includes full-time
    and part-time employees.
  • Demonstrated ability to act decisively in implementing solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task; ability to respond flexibly in a quickly changing
  • Be comfortable speaking and conducting training.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes some nights and weekends.
