Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an Admin Assistant/Secretary I for a 6+ month contract opportunity in Jacksonville, FL with our partner, the nation's largest title insurance company through its title insurance underwriters.


Job Description
  • Performs various administrative duties.
  • Prepares documents, reports and/or transcribes notes for managers.
  • Schedules meetings, travel arrangements to managers or other partners in the area.
  • May track or monitor expenses for the department.
  • Maintains filing system for manager or other partners in the area.
  • Assist team with managing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Create and update monthly spreadsheets when needed.
  • Scanning and copying of documents.
  • Conduct clerical duties, including emails and preparing documents.

Skills
  • Must have intermediate Microsoft Office.
  • Good written and oral communication skills are required.

Additional Information
  • This is a 6+ month contract.
  • The hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
  • 1 - 3 years experience in office environment is required.
