Discover Bank is hiring! Our Student Loans department is looking for Seasonal Customer Service Representatives. This position starts on June 11th, 2018. The starting pay is $15.25 an hour!

The Seasonal Student Loan Customer Service will be responsible for taking inbound calls and providing best in class service, by responding and resolving customer’s questions and inquiries for Discover’s Student Loan department. The Student Loan Advisor’s main objective is to use our friendly, helpful, and refreshing methodology to counsel students on the best means of financing their education, while leveraging Discover features and benefits to gain applicant acceptance.
