The FCA Quality organization is currently seeking a highly skilled, solutions-oriented Dimensional Control Senior Manager to join the Quality team at the FCA US Headquarters & Technology Center in Auburn Hills, MI. The Dimensional Control Senior Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing standardized processes and driving variation reduction across all manufacturing facilities, thereby making FCA vehicles more competitive in the market place for perceived quality. The Senior Manager will also ensure successful implementation of standardized processes across all Metrology Centers. The Senior Manager will work with supplier quality and stamping organizations. The Senior Manager will jointly develop and implement a more robust part qualification process. The Dimensional Control Senior Manager must have a proven record of accomplishment of developing and executing standardized processes. The ideal Manager will be a seasoned and strategic executive with proven experience in manufacturing processes, quality, and dimensional management. The Manager must possess outstanding teamwork, leadership, interpersonal and communications skills. The Manager must be a high-energy, hands-on individual with strength of convictions - a self-confident leader who, in part due to personal presence, style and demeanor, effectively sells ideas and solutions to others.
