Department Manager Starbucks
Provides superior customer service. Responsible for brewing coffee and tea, using coffee urns, drip or vacuum coffee and tea makers, and other kitchen equipment. Perform various duties to assist in filling customer orders, operate cash register, accept payment from customers, and make change. Follow company standards regarding merchandise presentation, safety, sanitation, service and suggestive selling. Clean and polish utensils and equipment used in beverage and food preparation. Assign work duties, as needed, for other Starbuck's clerks in to ensure proper operation of the Starbucks section.
