- Provide excellent "customer service" for all clients
- Complete client paperwork and medical billing
- Schedule appointments with new clients
- Retrieve client messages and return phone calls
- Prepare emails to doctors and clients
- Making outbound calls to confirm appointments
- Processing requests for medical records and taking payments for service
- Minimum 1 year medical background is a MUST
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional presentation
- Ability to multi-task through interruptions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office
- Proficient with computer navigation, Word and Excel
