  • Tests and inspects fuels and additive products.
  • Compiles and evaluates statistical data to evaluate and ensure quality and reliability of products.
  • Performs hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical equipment maintenance of fuel farm/storage and related equipment.
  • Selects and testing fuel/additive products for variety of qualities such as dimensions, performance and/or chemical characteristics.
  • Recording test data, following statistical quality control procedures.
  • Evaluating data and writing reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards. Perform the duties of a fueler or fuel farm attendance as needed.
  • Conducting work in a safe and environmentally conscious fashion by adhering to all company, industry, local, state and federal safety and environmental regulations and procedures.
  • Consulting with manufacturer to determine quality and reliability standards and analyzes fuels/additives to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 1 year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must possess a valid state driver's license and successfully complete the company's PST training program .EOE/DFW
  • Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Able to continuously lift, push and pull up to 70 lbs.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in English proficiently.
