Onsite Training Specialist will be responsible for delivering weekly client specified interactive training as well as new hire coaching and compliance. Specialist will also deliver annual client-specified refresher training for entire security force. The weekly training will be delivered on-site and all performance assessments will be tracked.

Description:

Schedules and delivers training focused on providing the highest quality security personnel for client of Allied Universal. Individual’s performance will be evaluated based on, but not limited to, achieving training compliance and objectives and on providing quality training support.

Key Responsibilities

List 5 key responsibilities in order of importance to job/department and estimated time spent on each in a given week.

1. Provide annual refresher training, post certification training, as well as leadership training deployment.
2. Maintain an audit of post inspection program management and new hire completion metrics.
3. Provides information briefings and training sessions in response to client or account manager requests.
4. Delivers certification training to be tracked and uploaded in a dashboard as well as on-going training topics.
5. Maintains 100% compliance on SOW service level agreements that relate to training.

Qualifications:

Education required: HS Diploma _X__ Associates Degree ___ BS/BA ___

Preferred requirements: (but not required)

*Training Experience (any field)

*CPR/FA/AED Certified Instructor

Other requirements or competencies:

Excellent communication skills, high energy, out-going personality.
