Facilities Technician

Seeking Facilities Technician to join our team!

Technician will be working on site at a Life Sciences company in Waltham, Ma. They will work between this site and two smaller buildings attached. This individual will need to manage, complete work orders, and schedule preventative maintenance. Technician will also perform light carpentry and maintain grounds. They will utilize client maintenance management software and building control software.

This individual will be on-call for a week every four weeks. They will rotate between a team of four Technicians.

Candidates must have the following:

-Understanding of building automation
-Troubleshooting experience
-Johnson Controls experience (Metasys)
-Waste Water 1 (preferred)
-OSHA 10 (preferred)
-Mechanical aptitude
-light carpentry

Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm
